Scope of Services
Shengjin Digital LLC provides administrative, technical, and digital business support services, including website development, SaaS and web-based software products, and U.S. business setup support.
Project Engagements
Each engagement may be governed by a written proposal, statement of work, email confirmation, or other agreed project terms that define deliverables, timeline, pricing, responsibilities, and handoff expectations.
Client Materials
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required account access, brand assets, and any third-party approvals needed to complete the requested work.
Fees and Payment
Fees, payment schedules, deposits, and included revisions are defined in the applicable project scope or written agreement. Unless stated otherwise, third-party platform fees, software subscriptions, government fees, filing costs, hosting charges, and payment processor fees are not included in service fees.
Deliverables and Revisions
Deliverables are prepared according to the agreed scope and available client materials. Additional revisions, expanded features, new pages, integrations, or support outside the agreed scope may require a separate estimate or written approval.
Professional Boundaries
Unless separately agreed in writing with an appropriately licensed professional, services do not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, financial advisory, or investment advisory relationship. Shengjin Digital does not provide banking, money transmission, or account custody services.
Third-Party Platforms
Projects may rely on third-party software, hosting providers, payment processors, scheduling tools, AI services, or government portals. Availability, pricing, and terms for those services are controlled by the relevant providers.
